PROVIDED THERE IS STILL CAPACITY, ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING PACKET PICKUP THE DAY BEFORE THE RACE... See below "LATE REGISTRATION".

Each participant / finisher will get: A cool t-shirt, a finisher medal, free beer, free Mexican food, and a 5+hour after race pool party with concert quality live music!!

 

How do I check my registration?  I didn’t receive a confirmation.
Confirmations are sent out when you register, however, they quite often go to your junk box or are blocked.  Don’t fret, there’s a solution. E-mail us at SHARON@CHARLEVOIXMARATHON.COM We’ll check into it for you.

CATEGORY CHANGES:

Yes, you may make changes to your registration – name, address, shirt size, etc.  Send all changes to SHARON@CHARLEVOIXMARATHON.COM

Contact us by April 20  for any changes - sharon@charlevoixmarathon.com - Changes made after that date will have to be done at packet pick up.

REFUND AND DEFERRAL

We have a no refund and no deferral policy.

As athletes ourselves, we get it, but it's very hard for us to plan and order equipment while offering discounts.  We have to order t-shirts, medals, supplies, volunteers, etc., months in advance, which means that as soon as you sign up we get to work! 

Just because you don't show up on race day doesn't mean we haven't already used your registration money to produce the event.  We hope you understand!

TRANSFERS

You can transfer your slot to another athlete.  All data changes to your registration must be sent in by April 10th - sharon@charlevoixmarathon.com

SWITCHING RACE DISTANCE

You can switch your registration from a longer distance to a shorter one on registration / packet pick-up day (one day before the race). No fee difference will be refunded. 

You can also change a shorter distance to a longer distance one on registration day / packet pick-up day (one before the race) paying the fee difference accordingly.

LATE REGISTRATION
Provided there is still capacity, late registrations will be processed during packet pickup the day before the race. Bring CASH ONLY (our credit card machines do not work in Mexico) to PACKET PICKUP area on Friday April 28th at 4 pm - 8 pm.

Packet Pickup is located on the Cristal Garden of Las Palomas Resort and Golf Course at Phase 1.
